Dear modeller,

when I started with jet models in 1995, the diversity of available jet models was very limitted. Especially with the appearance of the new technology -turbines- I was somehow dissappointed about the fact that there were only some famous airplanes like the F16, F86 or similar kitted. As beeing always interested in rather unknown aircraft types, I had the idea to develop a jet model that I like.Very soon I decided to build a Sea Venom - just for my own pleasure.I started with the project some years ago not having the faintest idea how complicated such a design would be having just a few three views - but thats a different story.

 In the summer of 2003 my Sea Venom flew for the first time.The model created such an interest in the jet scene that I decided to kit it.It seems that there are some others out there, crazy enough to love such an unusual airplane. The model is now available in kit form and I am working on new jet model kits that will follow soon.

Prices

All Grumania Jet Models prices are in Euros. Prices may change due to higher production costs. The price at the date of order is valid. Additional costs for shipping/packing and or customs charges have to be paid by the customer.

Minimum orders

The minimum order value for goods to be sent outside of Germany is 40,- Euros.

Terms of payment

Deliveries from Germany to other countries have to be prepaid. Bank transfers have to be completed before the goods are sent out. We do not accept Faxes or e-mails to prove a bank transfer has taken place. Bank transfer costs are to be payed by the customer ( Pay Pal ) . We do not accept credit card payment. All goods are property of Grumania Jet Models until completely paid for.

Complaints

Written complaints only, willl be accepted not later than 8 days after receiving the goods ( e-mails, faxes and telephone calls do not apply ). If damage should occur during shipping , the shipping company ( UPS ) should be informed immediately. Grumania Jet Models can not be held responsible for shipping damage in any way.

Place of jurisdication is Metzingen / Germany for both parties in any legal contest.

In that Grumania Jet Models has no control over the final use, no liability shall be assumed or accepted for any damage resulting from the use of the product by the user. By the act of using the product, the user accepts all the resulting liability.
