DELUXE KIT                                                                                                       Consists of the above but with additional glass fibre parts such as : Canopy frame, wing bulges topside, wing bulges bottom side, wheel doors, inlet ducts.It also includes the stainless steel duct and a decal set ( self adhesive )   NEW : now with glass fibre horns

All prices include 16% VAT - SHIPPING IS EXTRA ! The models are shipped by UPS, the box dimensions are 1350 * 500 * 400 mm, box weight around 9 kilograms

Prices

All Grumania Jet Models prices are in Euros. Prices may change due to higher production costs. The price at the date of order is valid. Additional costs for shipping/packing and or customs charges have to be paid by the customer.

Minimum orders

The minimum order value for goods to be sent outside of Germany is 15,- Euros.

Terms of payment

Deliveries from Germany to other countries have to be prepaid. Bank transfers have to be completed before the goods are sent out. We do not accept Faxes or e-mails to prove a bank transfer has taken place. Bank transfer costs are to be payed by the customer ( Pay Pal ) . We do not accept credit cardpayment. All goods are property of Grumania Jet Models until completely paid for.

Complaints

Written complaints only, willl be accepted not later than 8 days after receiving the goods ( e-mails, faxes and telephone calls do not apply ). If damage should occur during shipping , the shipping company ( UPS ) should be informed immediately. Grumania Jet Models can not be held responsible for shipping damage in any way.

Place of jurisdication is Munich / Germany for both parties in any legal contest.

In that Grumania Jet Models has no control over the final use, no liability shall be assumed or accepted for any damage resulting from the use of the product by the user. By the act of using the product, the user accepts all the resulting liability.
